Determine your foot type

With the simple “Wet Feet Test,” you can determine which type of arch you have (High, Medium, or Low). Wet your foot and stand on a piece of paper or cardboard on a hard surface. Repeat this with your other foot. Then compare your footprint to the different types in the image to see which profile fits you best.

How do I cut my insoles to size?

• Remove the current insole from your shoe.
• Place the insole from the shoe on top of your CURREX insole.
• Trim the insole around the toes to achieve a perfect fit.
