Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data We Process
365 Sports does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have permission from parents or a guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without this consent, please contact us at info@365-sports.nl and we will delete this information.
For What Purpose and on What Basis We Process Personal Data
4.1 The processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract, or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. 365 Sports processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- To deliver goods and services to you;
- To handle your payment;
- To be able to call or email you if necessary to carry out our services;
- To inform you about changes to our services and products;
- To offer you the possibility to create an account;
- For direct marketing, sending our newsletter and/or (un)addressed mail. If you have created an account and purchased one or more items, we may contact you for marketing purposes. If we have received your electronic contact details in the context of the sale of our items, we may by law use these contact details without further permission to send commercial communication for 'own similar items or services'. These are items from our own range that you can logically expect to be part of our offer. You have the right to object to the use of your data, see chapter 9: View, modify or delete data.
4.2 365 Sports processes your personal data for the following purposes for which you must have given explicit permission:
- 365 Sports analyzes your behavior on the website in order to improve the website and to tailor the range of products and services to your preferences.
- 365 Sports tracks your surfing behavior across different websites with which we tailor our products and services to your needs.
4.3 365 Sports also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, for example as part of the (financial) retention obligation.
How Long We Retain Personal Data
In general, 365 Sports does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. After that, we will delete or anonymize your data, unless we need certain data for a longer period for another purpose. For example, if we are required by law to retain documents for a minimum period.
We retain account data including your preferences only as long as you actively use your account. If you have not been active for 5 years, we will delete your account data under certain conditions. If you have created an account but never ordered, this period is shorter, namely 3 years. We retain your data regarding orders and invoices for 7 years in connection with the legally established retention periods.

This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
365 Sports would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
