Easily return your order

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. You can return items to us up to 30 days after receipt.

How do I register a return?

Send an email to our customer service to register your return. Please make sure to include the following details in your email so we can process your request quickly:

● Name: The name under which the order was placed.
● Order number: You can find this on the packing slip or in your order confirmation.
● Reason for return: Briefly let us know why you are returning the item.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange the order for a different size, you can simply order it again on our website. The current order can be returned as described above.

What happens next?

As soon as we have received your email, we will send you a confirmation as quickly as possible.
In this email, you will receive further return instructions and the return label.
After receiving and checking your return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible.

Please note: cost for using the return label is € 4.95

Extra condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
